HOW DO I GET MY GEAR: Our representative will deliver your rental gear to the pre-embarkation meeting at Explorers House the night prior to your departure from Punta Arenas. Size exchanges will be available should you need to exchange a size.
HOW DO I RETURN MY GEAR: Our representative will meet you at your post voyage hotel upon your return to Punta Arenas from the South Shetland Islands and collect your gear.
MOST IMPORTANT: In the "Comments" field found during the check-out process, please indicate:
- your arrival date in Punta Arenas
- the name of your pre-stay hotel
- the name of your expedition ship
- the date of your pre-embarktion meeting (the day your expedition actually begins)
